  1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing our website or renting from us, you agree to these Terms.

  2. Bookings & Payments

    Quotes are valid for 14 days. Payment is due before access to studios or gear. Security deposits may be required for select gear.

  3. Cancellations

    72+ hours before call: full refund. 24–72 hours: 50% fee. < 24 hours: non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available subject to availability.

  4. Studio Use

    No smoking, haze with prior notice only, and safe rigging on approved anchors. Respect sound rules to maintain low noise floors.

  5. Gear Use & Loss

    You are responsible for proper use and timely return of rented gear. Loss, theft, or damage may incur repair or replacement charges.

  6. Indemnity & Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use.

  7. Acceptable Use

    No unlawful content, harassment, or unsafe activities. Follow crew sizes and power limits as posted in studios.

  8. Privacy

  9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are provided.
