Everything you need to know about renting our studios and gear.

What time can we load in and out? (linkable)

Standard rentals include access from 8am to 8pm. Early load-in or late strike is available on request and billed hourly. Use power safely during off-hours.

How quiet are the rooms?

Studios are engineered to STC-55 or better with hush HVAC and floating floors. Actual noise floor varies; expect low 20s dBA in typical conditions.

Can we bring outside gear?

Yes. Please share power draw and rigging needs in advance so we can prepare safe power distribution and anchors.

Do you require insurance?

Gear rentals may require a COI with appropriate coverage. Studios typically require proof of general liability for larger crews.

What is the cancellation policy?

72+ hours: full refund. 24–72 hours: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours: non-refundable. We'll try to reschedule when possible.

Is there parking and load-in access?

Yes. We have dedicated loading with ramp access. Parking details will be included in your booking confirmation.

Can we haze or fog?

Haze is allowed with prior notice. Use water-based fluids only and protect sensitive gear. Ventilation cycles are scheduled after use.

Do you offer crew?

We maintain a referral list of local crew. We're happy to introduce you, but contracts remain between you and the crew.

What power is available?

Each studio has 200A three-phase power. Additional distro and cabling can be arranged for large productions.

Is Wi-Fi available and reliable?

Dedicated gigabit fiber is provided on every floor. Backup LTE is available if needed.
